We miss you, troublemaker. We miss you climbing our curtains too

Oh Gizmo,

As I sit down to write this letter, my heart feels heavy with memories of you. Oh, how we miss your mischievous ways, my little troublemaker. Life just isn't the same without you.

Do you remember all the times when you looked for troubles? From climbing curtains to sneaking treats from the pantry, you were always keeping us on our toes. You had a knack for making us laugh and driving us crazy, often at the same time. But oh, how we loved you for it.

The house feels so quiet and empty without you. Your absence leaves a void that can never be filled. We miss the sound of your purrs and the feel of your soft fur beneath my fingers. I miss the way you would curl up in my lap and demand attention, as if to say, "Look at me, I'm the king of the world!"

But most of all, we miss the joy you brought into our lives. Your playful spirit and boundless energy were infectious, lighting up even the darkest of days. You were everything to us, Gizmo. You were family, a beloved companion who brought so much love and laughter into our home.

Grieving you has been one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, Gizmo. Carl feels the same way. Dorothy does too. The pain of your loss is so big for us, and there are times when it feels like we'll never stop missing you. But we believe you are in a better place now, free to roam and play to your heart's content. Making your new furry friends in heaven laugh and probably sometimes mad too, when your little mischief mode turns on.

We'll cherish the memories we made together, Gizmo, holding them close to our hearts, always. You may be gone from our lives physically, but the truth is you'll never really be gone. Not for us.

So much love Gizmo,

Your family
